TPOT Arena features public figures from the AI and tech communities on X (formerly Twitter). Our goal is to create a fun, engaging way for the community to show appreciation for its members. This page explains how individuals are included and how they can manage their presence or opt out entirely.
📋 Inclusion Criteria
To maintain a relevant and engaging roster, we include individuals who generally meet the following criteria based on their public X profile:
- An active X (Twitter) account.
- A public profile with a profile picture.
- Recognized as part of the TPOT community or adjacent tech/AI circles.
- A follower count that suggests a notable presence in the community (typically 500+).
This is an independent project for entertainment and commentary. TPOT Arena is not affiliated with X, any company, or any individual listed.
📝 Managing Your Profile & Opting Out
Your control over your profile is our top priority.
Requesting Removal (Opt-Out)
We respect your right to privacy and choice. If you wish to be removed from TPOT Arena for any reason, please send a direct message to one of the administrators on X. Your profile will be removed promptly, no questions asked.
Requesting to be Added
If you meet the criteria and would like to be included, you can also DM an admin to request being added to the roster.
Updating Your Picture
Your profile picture is based on your public X profile. If you'd like it updated, just let us know.
After Removal
If you choose to opt out, your profile will be deactivated. Your past voting history and ELO score will be disassociated from your public profile and archived to maintain the integrity of historical data, but you will no longer appear in matchups or on the leaderboard. You are welcome to rejoin at any time.

Do I need a certain number of followers?
Yes, we require a minimum of 500 followers to ensure contestants have an established presence in the community.
Can I update my profile picture?
Yes! Just DM one of our admins and we'll update it. Note that profile pictures are cached, so changes may take a few hours to appear.
Is there a cost to join?
Absolutely not! TPOT Arena is completely free for all participants. We're a community project built for fun and engagement.
Can I see who voted for or against me?
No, all votes are anonymous. You can see your ELO rating and rank on the leaderboard, but individual vote data is private.
